Aluminium coil coating

ALUMASA paints aluminium coils from different alloys, 1XXX, 3XXX y 5XXX, depending on the application of the final product.

The thickness are between 0,23 mm and 1,5 mm. The width of the coil are between 25 mm and 1 300 mm.

The maximum external diameter of our coils is 1 400 mm and the standar internal diameter is 500 mm.

Our products can be manufacture with or without protection film.

The minium quantity that ALUMASA can paint of a color is 150 Kg*, however, it will be a overcharge. From 300 kg, there is no overcharge.

*For a width between  1 000 mm – 1 250 mm the minimum quantity is 3 500Kg.

We work with the RAL Chart, with the NCS Chart and also with customized colors. We propose also different combinations such as two sides colours. They can be found in our sectopm “Coatings posibilities”.
