ALU-PVDF Based on vinylidene polyfluoride. It is a painting that is applied with primer. The set has the best surface properties, as well as having high resistance to ultraviolet radiation and sunlight. Ideal for deformation and high resistance to corrosion. It is a smooth finish with a long life abroad. The gloss on this finish is around 35%.
ALU-PUPA Based on polyurethane and polyamide resins that give the system a structured surface. The polyurethane is based on polyester resins crosslinked with isocyanate resins. Thanks to the careful selection of polyester resins, there can be significant improvements in durability, adhesion, flexibility or corrosion resistance compared to normal polyester. It is a structured finish and is available in gloss between 30-35%.
ALU-PESHD Based on polyester resins mixed with a high durability resin. They are flexible, able to go through processes of deformation and turn very hard. It is a smooth finish with all the shines, matt and satin. The surface properties such as elasticity or scratch resistance are higher than that of standard polyester. Durability is classified as a high outdoor level in moderate climates.
ALU-PES Based on polyester resins. They are flexible, able to go through processes of deformation and turn very hard. It is a smooth finish with all the shines, matt and satin. There is a good balance between the properties of the surface (elasticity, resistance to scratches …) and economy. Durability is classified as a medium outdoor level in moderate climates.
ALU-BC (Back coating) Based on polyester and epoxy resins. They favor adhesion to the system and give it high resistance to corrosion.
ALU-LOW℮ coatings are applied to aluminum surfaces, located inside buildings, in order to improve its thermal stability. This painting acts as a thermal barrier, preventing the output of heat. This phenomenon is achieved by reducing the emissivity of the coating, the material’s own energy emission capacity. The low emissivity produces a high heat reflectance preventing it from escaping. This coating is compatible with ALU-P, ALU-PUPA, ALU-HDP and ALU-PVDF.
ALU-THERM coatings are applied to aluminum surfaces, located on the outside of buildings, in order to reflect solar radiation in dark colors. These paintings act as if they were white.
ALUSELFCLEANING coating is a very thin layer of a special additive that is applied as a third layer. It acts as a hydrophilic surface, which has affinity with water, and therefore repels any other type of particles. For this reason, when it rains, such behavior, prevents the dust particles from adhering to the surface. This layer gives the system a high durability and a high resistance to dirt.
