Aluminium sheets

Aluminium coil coating are cut transversely in order to produce aluminium coil coating sheets. We have the same colours, surface finish and combinations as we have with the coils.

This kind of product are manufactured in thickness between 0,3 and 1,5 mm for a maximum width of 1 000 mm and a maximum length of 8 000 mm. We can manufacture a width of 1 250 mm with a maximum thickness of 1,2 mm and a maximum length of 8 000 mm.

We can paint one or two faces, one or several layers, wooden colors, bicolors, Epoxy…(See “coating types”)

Protection film is proposed to our customer, one or two sides, depending on our customer needs.

Our standard dimensions are 2 000 x 1 000 mm y 3 000 x 1 250 mm. However, we can manufacture non standard dimensions but it will be a overcharge.

We offer annealed sheets “H0”, this kind of product is perfect for stamping process. Our standard dimensions are 2 000 x 800 mm y 2 100 x 900 mm

Aluminium sheets are the best solution to manufacture sandwich panels, aluminium doors, alucobon, etc.

Different alloys and coatings are needed depending on the final product and the place where it is going to be installed. ALUMASA must now about it in order to guarantee properties in the final product.
