General sales conditions

The offer will be valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Any offer without a date will be considered expired.

When the client accepts the offer, he also accepts the conditions of sale referenced below. Any supplementary agreement must be confirmed in writing and by both parties. Orders must be submitted in writing and specifying the item required, clearly indicating the reference. The name “as last time” will not be valid.

The delivery times given are illustrative. There may be eventual delays due to delays by suppliers in the delivery of raw materials, or quality rejection. In this case, you cannot cancel the order or claim damages and interests. In case of damage caused by transport, the recipient must resolve the problem directly with the transport company.

Invoices must be paid within the period indicated therein. Any unexcused deductions will be re-invoiced. In case of late payment, Cristales y Persianas López will stop supplying pending materials and will invoice interest for the delay. Contracts are subject to the ups and downs clause of raw materials. The released merchandise will remain the property of Cristales y Persianas López until full payment of the invoice is made.

Cristales y Persianas López guarantees the conformity of the released merchandise and the conformity of its use expressly specified in writing by the customer.
The supplier is not responsible for unspecified uses and for improper or unpredictable use of the material.

The author of the order must control the merchandise at the time it receives it. He must verify its properties, the quantity and the corresponding color. Claims for defects that are detected before installation can only be made before the use of the merchandise and during the 15 days following receipt of the material. The claim must be notified in writing explaining in detail the defect, as well as the invoice number. In the event that Cristales y Persianas López accepts the collection of the material, it must be delivered in the same conditions (state, packaging …) that received the material. If any of these points are not met, Cristales y Persianas López will consider that the merchandise is in good condition and has been accepted by the customer. Under no cirscumtances will a claim be a reason for not making the payment of the merchandise.

In case of dispute, Spanish law will apply and in case of trial, the place of execution will be in Spain.
