The 22nd February 2002, ALUMASA opens its new coil coating plant: a 1 300 mm coil coating line and a 1 300 mm slitting line.
More than 1 000 people attended the event. The CEO of ALUMASA Manuel López Pecero, expects to paint around 3 000 tons during the current year. This factory is a group strategy which will allow the vertical integration of the first factory that Manuel founded in 1981 ‘Cristales y Persianas López’.
